The club would like to invite our talented and motivated community to come and work with us as we transform this facility into the Northern Beaches most premier health club facility! We are eager to hear from people of all ages that are self motivated, performance orientated, customer focused and loyal, to join our growing friendly team of staff across all areas of the business.

The positions available are in the following areas:

Membership Sales Consultant
Definition Health Club Sea Eagles has a huge gym area comprising of some of the latest cardio and weights training equipment. To service this area of the business, we’re looking for individuals with previous membership sales experience that are passionate about promoting healthy lifestyle changes to our many new and existing members. An attractive base and highly impressive bonus structure is on offer for the right candidate that is genuinely interested in a career in this profession.

Group Exercise Instructors
We boast one of the largest group exercise timetables in the area and we’re looking for certified Les Mills Aerobics Instructors with qualifications in various forms and classes. Applicants must have own ABN and insurance, and be flexible to meet the dynamic needs of the business. Excellent class rates are offered.

Personal Training
With hundreds of members of all ages, types and sizes, we’re looking for highly experienced, versatile and certified Personal Trainers to offer specialist care and advice to our valuable members. The clubs members are our number one priority and all candidates must meet a high standard of service and professionalism. The right candidates will be rewarded with huge opportunities to operate a thriving business from this massive member base in a club with exceptional traffic flow. SWIM SCHOOL - ‘Learn To Swim’ Instructors
Definition Sea Eagles has also become well known for our beautiful 25m indoor heated pool and especially for our thriving Kids ‘Learn To Swim’ classes! We run a Royal Life endorsed Swim and Survive course that is growing every month. We now require Certified Swim School Instructors with Learn To Swim training experience, Austswim, First Aid and CPR certification. Applicants must also have an ABN and insurance. If you love your work and enjoy working with kids then we’ed like to talk to you! Applicants should be well tempered with a bubbly disposition and be flexible to meet the time requirements of the school.
